Gage blocks that can be custom-manufactured and applied products

1.Special gage blocks

1-1. Special dimensions
We can manufacture products with the following standard contours (Table 1) of any dimensions.
	Steel	:Within nominal length range of 0.1 to 1000 mm
	Ceramic	:Within nominal length range of 0.5 to 500 mm
	* We can also manufacture products using low thermal expansion materials.

1-2. Addition of Special Markings
We can mark gage blocks with the characters you want, as long as they are alphanumeric characters.

2. Special Gages

2-1. We manufacture gages by shaving standard gage block material.
Shape: Items that can be manufactured from standard material (35 X 9 X 100 mm) (however, minimum section of 6 X 6 mm)
Material: Standard gage block steel or ceramic.
	Example: Section shape A x B x thickness T (A6 X B30 X T5 mm, etc.)
* Enter your desired specifications on the following "Gage Specifications Form" and submit them to Mitutoyo through your accustomed trading firm.

2-2. Section Shapes Other than 2-1
We manufacture specially shaped gages according to the customer's specifications, starting from procurement of the required material.
Material: Steel (hardened steel HRC62 or higher) and ceramic
Max. section shape (steel): A140 X B140 mm or diameter of 160 mm or smaller
Max. section shape (ceramic): A50 X B50 mm or diameter of 60 mm or smaller
* Enter your desired specifications on the following "Gage Specifications Form" and submit them to Mitutoyo through your accustomed trading firm.
