In view of the government's declaration of emergency due to the outbreak of the novel coronavirus infection (COVID-19), we will downsize some operations at sites in the designated areas. We apologize to our customers and business partners for the inconvenience caused.

(In accordance with the lifting of the emergency declaration in 39 prefectures on May 14, we have added the measures to be taken at the sites located in those prefectures.)

1.The name of the site where the business is reduced based on the request to refrain from going out, and the detail of customer service at the site.

 (1) Head office in Kawasaki (Takatsu-ku, Kawasaki-shi, Kanagawa) :
Only some employees in charge of safety and emergency response will come to the office. For inquiries from customers, please call the following contact numbers. Also, please note that the response will be provided by teleworkers and sales and service offices in other regions where possible.

(2)At sales and service sites located in prefectures other than those listed above, where a state of emergency continues to be declared, inquiries are received by using the regular telephone number for inquiries. However, please note that this will be handled by teleworkers and sales service sites in other areas where this is possible.

(3)The responses of the sites located in the prefecture where the declaration of emergency was lifted on May 14 are generally as usual.
